Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?

A: Right after you successfully placed an order and payment is confirmed, we send out email confirmations. Please make sure you don’t mistype your contact details.

Q: How do I contact you with regard to my order?

A: The best way to contact us is by replying to your order confirmation email so that we can immediately see your Order ID. You can also use the contact form in our CONTACT section.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a 100% refund on products within 7 days of receiving the product. Returned products must have their original box, and original tag and have no sign of opening it. If it has been more than 7 days since you received our order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Please CONTACT us if you have any specific questions regarding the returning policy.

Q: What methods of payment do you offer?

A: We offer card payment (processed by Stripe) and cash delivery for orders shipped to Dublin customers. You can pay in EUR.

Q: Do you ship outside Ireland?

A: Yes, we ship to all countries in the European Union, Great Britain, the United States of America, and Canada. Please CONTACT us if you are in a country you don’t see on our list.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: The shipping costs always vary, depending on the destination and the art piece you have chosen. It will be calculated automatically when ordering.
